  2. Aren’t clouds amazing, Jane? Of course, they can be threatening, too, but often they’re simply beautiful.

  5. You may have a special reason for the dark vignette; however, I don’t feel it works with skies because it narrows the view. Sky are limitless. I apologize for my negative opinion. I love your work, it is beautiful and of the highest caliber. Feel free to give me your honest opinions of my work. Negatives can sometimes be more helpful than positives 🙂

    1. I would probably agree with you in general Sherry Lynn, although strangely enough there’s only a small amount of artificial vignette on this, most of the dark edging really is there in the underside of the clouds which is why I liked the images, both blue and forboding at the same time! Your opinions are most welcome, it’s always a challenge choosing the treatment for an image, I always look for the atmosphere and drama in the things I photograph so I probably always err on the side of dramatic rather than sunny!! 🙂
